As teachers know more about students and strategies, instruction becomes more effective. CEP provides a moderated Teacher Learning Community where teachers share what worked and what didn’t as they implement the evidence-based strategies. Through a CEP blog and posts on social media, content experts provide new research about strategies and instruction, offer feedback, answer questions, and gather data to refine strategies. The strategies that are refined through teacher input will be updated with a TIP (Teacher Improved Practice). This means that teachers have a voice when using the CEP. If a teacher reports an adapatation that data shows us improved outcomes, that modification will show up in the strategy as a TIP, or Teacher Improved Practice. Teachers know their classrooms best and we want their voice to be heard.
