Strategy Selection

Through proprietary intelligent linking and matching analysis, 3-5 classroom strategy options will be made available for teacher review. The strategies are developed through an analysis of the latest research available blended with expert educator guidance. The strategies are then expertly reviewed again through the lenses of cultural awareness, differentiation, engagement, and multi- modal instruction. Finally, the strategies are reviewed by teachers for classroom applicability. The strategies will be presented in the order that they match survey results, with the best match listed first, to maximize the effect of the strategy on whole class performance in many impactful areas. Teachers then choose the areas where they will focus. Teachers are given the autonomy to choose a strategy based on their expertise and knowledge of their students.

Strategy Implementation and Progress Monitoring

Teachers have reported that each strategy is analogous to taking a short continuing education course. The teacher will review and choose a strategy based on targeted areas, personal preference, current classroom activities, and their own personal experience. Once implemented, they will progress monitor (approximately 3-5 minutes two times per week or less) for a two week period. They will then use this data, presented in an easy-to-interpret graph, to decide to keep, discard, or combine with another strategy. The teacher will then continue to monitor and/or choose another area of need to address.

Classroom Education Plan

This process culminates in a printable classroom education plan for each teacher. This plan includes the classroom need and corresponding strategies chosen by the teacher. This report includes the results and progress for survey data related to each of the indicators. There is also a place for teachers to contribute to the CEP moderated Teacher Learning Community to share success stories, and get and give feedback.
